    Newbie is coming ;)

    Hi everyone,

So, here i am. New speedballer
I'm a fighter, so as a fighter i was doing boring stuff i mean fighter stuff on my speedbag. Kind of left, right, left, right for 3mn... Not that exciting
I'm recovering from a knee surgery so it was perfect time to do a bit more of speedbag as i'm not able to do anything else, ahah
I asked some advice to DarthPistachio and he inspire me with his home made platform so thanks to him!!!

Here is my new setup, 3 size of bag ad 3 diffrent kind of swivel, i guess ball hook is the most easy to use for combos but for boring moves, U bolt is perfectly adapted...
All my bags are Title cause i get a huge discount there
I ll order speedbag bible soon and start training, and i think i will need some advice, ahah

Let you soon how thing is going and thanks to this amazing forum!

    Cheers

Excellent set up, Nectar. Welcome to the forum and stay in contact. DarthPistachio is an awesome bagger/baller over there in UK. Hope you guys can end up under the same board sometime.

Excellent boards setup there my man - looks nice and solid - good job
Find out a lot about me by visiting these sites:
      Meshweaver - Fabsreptiles
They say that 1,000 monkeys with 1,000 typewriters will eventually reproduce the works of Shakespeare - now thanks to the internet we know this is not true....

        Hi Alan,
I just ordered the bible on dvd and i took also the book
Now, i have no excuse... I'm glad you think i'm in UK, that mean my english is not so bad but i'm french
@Darthpistachio, yep i'm glad about my setup, as you know at the beginning i only had an eco platform, then i put her extra heavy wood (1,75'') but i was not glad with it, still a lot of vibration with bags from 9x6...
So (and thanks to your topic on your platform) i asked a friend to built something massive, that is what we do and i'm verry happy with it, not an inch of vibration with this long board
Keep you update of my progression when i ll receive the book/dvd...

          Hi guys,

Some news... So i received the speedbag bible and start to work. Really like it.
For the moment my favourite set up to work is a chain link swivel with a title 10x7 speedbag.
My ballhook swivel is a Everlast 4440 and it's maybe not good enough but it's really hard to work on it, going in every direction. For the defense of this swivel, he is fixed on my eco platform and she has A LOT of vibrations...
Keep you update of my progress,

          Cheers

          Brice
