Not their top of the line swivel, I've seen few of the pro "Lucky Dog" swivels go for half this. As far as being "rare", let's see what this sells for and then we'll see how "rare" it actually is.

There is supposed to be a ball/cup in there that the chain came up through. You adjusted the length of the chain with a nut and screw.

Maybe a lucky dog back in the day, but I think we've moved beyond this swivel.
