new swivel on platform

i have two swivels and want to try the second one on my platform but im not sure that if i unscrew the one thats already on there if the other swivel will screw in secure in the same hole?

Hi I just did that literaly 5 minutes ago. I have a cheap heavy bag speed bag everlast stand with the cheap 1 in. comressed wood drum. I took out the plastic ball hook swivel and put in the everlast profesional swivel I tried it out and put back the ball and hook. I have done this before a year a go but left the pro on then swiched back to the ball. If the screws are the same size and shape I think it will be fine. the pro screws are longer than the hook but it still works because there the same width. Your a lot better off with drilling holes through the bord and tightening them with bolts on the top.

Are they both the same brand? The Everlast chain link is interchangeable with the Everlast ball hook (metal one, the plastic one is not removeable).

I have not found any other brand that is compatible with another, ringside doesn't work with centry doesn't work with Everlast , etc.
