Which is Best aerobic exercise?
Let me know one thing what do you which is all time best aerobic exercise ? As far as i think swimming is best one. what is your opinion..??

I thinks it is constant physical exercise that increase your heart rate enough to move you into your target zone. I really like long-distance uni cycling but it is not for everyone,.

For me the best aerobic exercise is walking. Best is swimming and next is cycling. If you really want to get into aerobic exercising then buy a heart rate monitor. Plenty of information on the web about using a HR monitor and calculating your HR zones.

All aerobic exercise is Best For your body on his on position basically exercises Categories And Terms Time depend Upon your body muscles How much time Your body need For exercise.
But In Aerobic exercise Like walking,Jogging,swimming,jumping,cycling All best for Health and for weight loss.

My brother who is VERY fit does the following two aerobic exercises---mountain bikes and runs.

If you are serious about exercise and getting fit, it's not just something you do for a few weeks or a few months to get fit and then stop. It's something you basically need to commit yourself to for most of your life.

Swimming is also good if you're not into the bike or running. Using a treadmill everyday is also great aerobically.

I use a treadmill everyday 20-30 mins. a day.
