Distance heavy bag should be from wall

I am making my own frame, and can do all the welding myself. This frame will swivel out from the wall when being used and pushed back in when finished. My question is: How far from the wall should the bag be when in the out position.

You probably want to be able to move 360 degrees around the bag if possible. I would suggest 3' minimum???

You may want to take a look at this link from Balazs. It actually gives you the schematics with measurements.

      Hope it helps!
