My work schedule is quite tight but I dedicate 20-25 minutes on workouts 5 days a week.

I do cardio activity such as running, jumping rope, or biking and go as hard as for 20 seconds. Follow that with 10 seconds of rest and repeat seven more times. With this, I do 4 minutes of Tabata exercise which involves, handstand pushups, mountain climbers, exercise with side plank and weight bench hop overs. These exercises soothes my mind, body and soul.
