You're really improving in all "drumming" areas on the bag: hearing the beat, changing sides and punching speeds, varying the bag beat. etc.

It's harder than it looks, because It is completely improvised, and really pushes your bag skills. Fun as heck though. Great job, you're getting better.!

I'm jealous of the no wobble setup that a fixed mount platform offers.

You have great transition from forward to reverse to lateral strikes. Good eye, quick hands. Good stuff.

i can do slow rythmic beats ok but sometimes the hip hop stuff changes beats so fast i lose my rythem to the music

haha, I just wanna compliment the song choice, I dont think I would have thought of using a song from walk hard to hit to, but it looks like it works pretty well.
