speed bag scissorhands NEW training center

ok so i put a ball metal hook swivel on the other side of my tree
i must admit i think its loud and i dont plan on using it much but its a first and it looks cool!. as you know im really a U bolt guy from day 1,,,check this out

haha thanks brother- the rope is from an old army type hammock-i should add another platform on top of the tree and climb the rope to get there heheh- you coming to speed bag 2010?

Yo Scissorz. So did you make your ball hook from custom materials or is it a hybrid? What was your base swivel model?

It is a hybrid- i dont have any experience making swivels- all i knows its an everlast platform and swivel and i bought it at a flea market for $5.00 hahah
I really dont plan on using it much im kinda stuck on that U bolt and the ball hook set up is a little shaky and loud! if i didnt get it so cheap i wouldnt of even put it up!
