Really... interesting, it's one of my favorites. Not the fastest I own, but rebounds very true and gives you a good workout. I know there are plenty of others that would say the same...

If you really want to give it away.... I know Mrs Mitts would love it!

To each their own. Sounds like you prefer a very light, fast bag.
I also love my Everlast 'everhide' medium, it's REALLY bouncy and fast.

The heavier bags (for me) are the workout bags & something you can workout aggression on...something you can really hit hard!

The lighter, faster bags let me work on timing and acuracy without having to hit too hard.

Every bag has it's purpose!
Bag on.

update

since replacing the bladder on the title atomic xxs and getting such great results i decided to replace the bladder on this bag and just as i thought, The black rubber innertube type bladders suck. i replaced it with the rubber title medium bladder and one word (holy shit) oh wait thats two words. the title bladder has more elasticty which seems to make it bounce (rebound) faster. wow what a great bag now...ralph

No sir in fact i put less air in the bag. their rubber replacement bladders are better and i wish they would use these in their bags then the black inner tube type bladders, same goes for the title bags. i'd put my life on that one. :-) ...ralph
