I must have developed a goofy spectator smile that sticks for a while - and when I make my way over to my setup to imitate, I hear: "You've been watching those speed bag videos again, haven't you?" - (always said kindly with a wink.) Thanks again Alan.

Speed Ball Wizard
Hey Alan, I just watched your punch drumming to pinball wizard. What a great job! I really like what the way you match the bag beat to certain parts of the song and mix up the elbows and side punches. I know that I've seen alot of your vids but this one really caught my attention Rhythmically!
