Sounds great! Is it a double bump phantom followed by a 4 way Out-In elbow? It is so fast it is hard to tell.

Exactly... FSP ' FSP (double bump phantoms) ' O-I 4way E.S. .... (EF-FE)

Very observant, Sharkface. Well done.

Also well struck by PunchDrummer.

I agree with Ralph, if that's the finish it sure would be fun to see the rest of the video! Not having read the Speed Bag Bible yet, you guys are talking over my head, but it sure is MUSIC to the EARS.

I'd love to see that Ralph! Really! Phantom on each side as you work side-to-side? I still can't do that well. Bump all of the strikes and you've got Speed Bag nirvana. Brrrrrrrdt!

The rest is coming. I tend to tumble through life backwards - you don't want to see the rest yet. lol
Working on integrating kicks for a 12-way At least in my dreams. If you can visualize it, it can be done. (Remember Ralph? It's true.)

Thanks guys.

Pretty awesome combo - had to download the video and look at it in slow motion to get a good grasp of what was happening - very nice!

I find it hard to see some of the double bumps of the under arm phantom punches or some elbow strikes since it happens so fast, you might think it's a video glitch. I had to watch this clip back four or five times to get the "six count" right also.

still a brilliant combo.

Thumbs up

NICE!

I had to download the video clip as well in order to watch it in slow-mo. That phantom double-punch is so fleeting, it's hard to notice it at first. Very cool combo. And yes, it sounds great, too!
