seen all three of your vids on youtube, looks like your getting better with each one. on the last one at about a min. you did some basic elbows, that's how i started with the elbows. good job man, the only thing i would add to your setup is to get a ballhook swivel. it works better when your hitting from all over the place. keep the vids coming...ralph
