Sure, when you get some time, send one on. I'll try to keep up with it.

Never seen one of those before so it's hard to say. It looks like the hook is pretty short so it should have a real quick action to it

I actually tried to make one using my everlast chain link swivel but it didn't work out. The plastic ball is actually too big for the cap and the hole.Oh well, c'est la vie

When I attempted to make mine ,it didn't seem "right";on the plastic housing, the ball has a bit of it that fits through the hole, preventing the eyebolt from hitting the sides of the housing, on the metal chain hook, the hole is actually "smaller" than the one on the plastic housing so the plastic ball sits more on top of the hole and the eyebolt ends up clacking the sides of the housing;also the ball is higher than the threads on the housing which made me think there would be friction between the ball and the platform once I screwed the housing back into the base; I checked out your video again and it seems like your plastic ball kind of sits on top of the hole as well, or in my zeal to make one did I miss something?

                            Try Try Again

Okay I tried again and yep, my housing isn't deep enough for the palstic ball. When I tighten it to the platform, the ball sits right against the platform which means if i tighten the housnig all the way, I'll have a stationary swivel. However, by putting this gray matter of mine to work(for once), I believe if I get my hands on at least two big enough washers I can use them as spacers and viola' we have we metal housing plastic swivel!(well...duh!)..........Unfortunately without the cool noise but the spin will be there

Metaldad is right your using some other type of swivel zack one thats not the chain link one. I just did the same thing and combined the two. The metal part is not deep enough for the plastic ball but what I did was drill a 1inch holde 3/4 inch deep in the drum and it worked...but the swivel housing is eating the plastic ball and it squeeks somthing feirce! but talk about fast!!!!!! it is blazing even with the 4200. I cant wait to get a small bag on it ill post some video soon of what im talking about!
