Needless to say, this setup really works your grip!

Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar is ideal for pull-ups, chin-ups , dips , crunches, and much more.... Its a great way to work on the pull ups at home . Its very easy to put up and takes seconds to take it down.. Its really a good product

I would agree with Kirsten. I have had one hanging in my doorway for a couple of years. The handles had to be taped because the foam wore out, but it has served me well. The other thing I like about this doorway setup is that if placed properly it is inviting. Great exercise and part of my daily workout.

I advise you to check a wall mounted pull up bar as this bar is more durable and you can add additional weight on you while doing pull ups. Also, you may be able to do the muscle ups and straight bar dips which is a huge benefit.

I never realized using a pull-up bar could develop abs like the guy in the picture. Care to elaborate?

                  It depends on your needs

Do you need wall mounted, or doorway?
