    Good Stuff!

I have had a cow bell in nearly all of my "punching to music" videos.

You never know when you're going to need more cow bell... It's just that mine is a little more subtle than TommyT's...

This video shows how hitting simple punches in time to the music will make your speed bag workout fly by. If you like music (anything with a good beat) and y...

I have some great clips of Tommy from this year's event demonstrating his astute bagging skills.

Will post them later this weekend...

Your not out of the loop. You took it straight to the for-front and put bagging right in the faces of the nation. You are part of the loop friend. I was speechless when I saw you rock the bag again but this time it was on TV. Awesome Brother, Bag On!

All of my previous swivel designs were to make my swivels the slickest and quietest equipment to speedbag on. This acoustical version was the first attempt at being the loudest.

This was a great video, Alan. MOOOOOOO...

                Tommy T.

Simply the best at hitting a big bag. With – or without – a cowbell.

I have several clips from SB III of Tommy doing his thing on the various setups and I will post them here. Here is
Here is a clip of Tommy on the Balazs platform that I taped at Speed B.A.G. III last month. (BTW, he's not punching to music. I inserted the music in the video just for fun.)

This clip features "Tommy T" at SB III in Keyport, NJ, 2012. He's punching on his custom-made cow bell swivel. This is just one of many of Tommy's innovations.

I'd like to see a wider range of hides used for speed bags, how about you? You're a Texan, you've seen all those exotic leathers they make boots out of. I wonder if Tony Lama ever hit a speed bag? Or Miss Enid Justin (Nocona)? Or Herman Joseph Justin?

If you did not attend Speed B.A.G. III last month, don't make the same mistake next year! If you do, you'll miss out on seeing — up close and personal — some of the BEST BAGGERS on earth. Meeting and hanging with everyone who attends is really special. Trust me. If you're a bagaholic, it's way more fun than Disneyland, Sturgis, Sea World, Vegas, or (fill in the blank) _________. And it doesn't matter what your skill level is when you get there. You'll come back home with new combos and punches, and you will have met some really great individuals.

Sorry I had to miss SB III, looks like it was another great time.

I see TommyT hasn't lost a step, looking good as usual. Leave it to Tommy to come up with another unique feature for baggin. From portable horizontal/vertical board to "cowbelling." Another great bagging innovation. Ya gotta love SpdyTommyT?
