    Ringside 30% off over $100 35100

I guess Ringside ALWAYS has a special going or at least once a week. I like their rare 50% off sale that comes once in a blue moon.

As far as speed bags go, I’ve been very satisfied with the 10x7 kangaroo bag. So yes I think that one would be worth half the list price.

There's a plastic everlast ball and hook on kijiji, in the Fort Erie area of Ontario, if any one is interested. It's new, in package for $5. I'm too far away to grab it.

Wondering what bag Alan Kahn is using in his dvds?

Hi all. I had to take off some time and let my hands heal. They got swollen and my pinkie side of the hand became very tender. That's with some padded protective gloves. I don't go an hour plus now. I started back in 20 minute sessions and that seems to work well. Anyway I use Alan Kahn's dvd's and I was wondering what the black and maroon bags (he uses 2 sizes) are.

I use a HAWK leather 6x9" all the time. It's a great bag for me. I bought a proimpact 6x8 and its so light and doesn't seem balanced because it rebounds unpredictable. I'm finding it difficult to use it and so, put it aside.

I like the 6x9 size. If anyone has any recommendations I'd appreciate it. I find the dvd's VERY instructional and I'm super happy with my progress. The first one is on fists. The 2nd on elbows. The 3rd on side to side and the 4th on combos. I'm only on the 2nd. The dvds are in perfect synch with the Bible itself. These two items were the best investment I could make. I'm VERY appreciative they are made and available at a great price by Alan Kahn.

                            Thank you in advance.

Those bags are the original Ringside bags, dating back to the 1980's. They are good bags, well made and lively. They switched styles to the "banana" style bag awhile back, but have appeared to have gone back to the teardrop recently
