    Buying a double bag

    Ok..I have never used one before,and i was thinking of buying one..What size should i buy?Does it even matter?

    A larger one will be easier to start with ... find a brand you like and get the middle size. You can always get the smaller one later as your skills progress.

      What type do you think is the best?

      There's the headache bag, the Mexican style and the traditional ball, as well as two balls on top of each other.

      I like the look of the headache bag because the flat bottom looks great for uppercuts and it's also half the price of the Mexican style bag.

      Any thoughts?

        if you're the same calig i know from eF...

        go with the mexican style. it's allows more more options in training, like getting knees in and whatever else you can improvise to practice.
