I made a swivel mount for my 100 pound bag and hung it my garage. When not in use it swivels into the corner. Did the welding myself, which was very little. I made it from scrap steel from the local junk yard, and pipe I already had. If you can't weld, you could probably take it to a local shop and have it done for about $10.00.
I tried to post pictures, but was unable to.
It consists of:
(A) 2 pieces of 2X10" flat stock
(B) 2 pieces of 1 1/2" pipe. Each piece 2"
(C) 1 90 degree 1 1/4 pipe coupling
(D) 1 1 1/4" length of pipe 41" long
(E) 1 1 1/4" length of pipe 22" long
(F) 1 1" channel iron piece 27 1/2" long
(G) 4 Tapcon anchors
(H) 1 eyebolt
(I) 1 Old sink stopper rod
Costs were:
$2.00 for scrap steel from the local junk yard
$1.50 eye bolt
$1.50 90 degree coupling
$5.00 Tapcon anchors
