that can happen Every bag in every line or edition is still an individual. I can get two title blacks, and one is awesome, the other warped and weird rebound.

But this bag flies like a Ringside bag, not sure if it has a different bladder or if it is just lighter.
I received the title perilous 9x6 bag and you are correct about this bag. It flys like a ringside/everlast bag. Very impressive construction, as usual for title. No need to change the bladder on this one. Title got it right. This is definitely one of the better bags from title.

I don't yet have one of these bags. What other title bags would you compare them to? They're fast, I got that, anything else before I pick one up? I have the Yellow 5-8, all three gyros and all three Ali authentic sizes. Also an xs platinum atomic.

On my setup the Perilous doesn't really hit like other Title bags. The bounce is different (livelier) and the sound is different. To me its almost like a cross between a Ringside bag and a Title bag in terms of bounce, feel and sound.

I do not think it hits like any of the ones you mentioned. It's got more heft than the Atomic, bounces better than the Ali and Yellow. It bounces more the a Ringside and the current Everlast bags. I think if they shaped it like the Ali bag it would be perfect and even faster with the fat belly speeding it up more since it will reach the drum faster.

I’ve tried the gyros, the yellow, the atomic, the title classic, and now the perilous. The perilous compares with the gyros in that they are both heavy-duty solid construction. However, the gyros are not nearly as lively as the perilous. The perilous is fast like the atomic and the yellow, but the atomic and yellow are feather weights compared to the perilous. The perilous is built like a tank but moves like a race car, a lot like my balazs bag. Buy the bag. You won’t be sorry. I was hesitant about buying the bag because I was concerned about paying to much for a bag with little bounce. Not the case.

I have both the Title Platinum Atomic and the Title Platinum Perilous. Not sure if I agree the Perilous is that much more heavy duty and built like a tank. Here is, as they say in boxing, the tale of the tape...

              Code:
              Perilous Atomic
114 grams weight without bladder 94 grams
              5.9" max diameter 6.3"
8.4" length, top of bag 7.75"
8.9" length, top of loop 8.4"

The leather on the perilous feels thicker and more durable than what I have with the atomic. Thanks for the stats, which do show that the perilous is about 21% heavier than the atomic.

The Platinum is synthetic material, not leather. It has stood the test of time as very durable. I intend to get a Perilous, too many good experiences being reported to not buy one.

                    Platinum: Atomic and Perilous

Both bags fly for sure but imo it's kind of a matter of offense and defense. The atomic has to be drove offensively into top speed like most title bags feel to me. The perilous on the other hand doesn't take much to crank up and feels more like you are defending against it's natural speed.

Reading nothing but great things about the Perilous bags, I have a 5" on the way and will no doubt pick up the 6" very soon.
Has anybody hit on or own the larger 7-10 Perilous? I have the Ali Authentic large and I love it. Although I swapped the stock bladder for an Enkay and the difference was an improvement to say the least. It moves and snaps like the 5" but bigger.

I don't have the 7x10, but I do have the 6x9. The 6x9 is just as fast as the 5x8, only bigger. The Perilous bags definitely are unique among Title's bags.
