    Any suggestions.

I got a Itunes+ Nike play list from Serena williams. Its a nice mix.

Gnarls Barkley has a song Crazy most people heard but look for The Boogie Monster.

Makes me wonder from Maroon 5 is high energy

Help us old timers with some tunes... YOu can list your favourite workout songs of all time... FOr Boxing its got to bve Boom Boom Mancini by Warren Zevon.
I love music, most of the time I enjoy it more than TV. I have several different playlists depending on what I am doing at the gym and my mood. Here's some of my favorites:

    Boxing:
I'm Shipping Up To Boston by Dropkick Murphys
    My Hero by Foo Fighters
Rock is Dead by Marilyn Manson also his Sweet Dreams remix is nice
Dragula (Hot Rod Remix) by Rob Zombie
Scars by Papa Roach also Last Resort and Getting Away With Murder
Breakdown by Tantric also Live Your Life
    Better Than Me by Hinder
Check out Bush, Five Finger Death Punch, Hollywood Undead and Rammstein.

    Cardio:
I Can't Stop by Flux Pavilion
    Universal Nation by Push
Stereo Love by Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina
Dream For A Requiem by DJ Neixom
Last Night in Brooklyn by Innerpartysystem
    Sinnerman by Nina Simone
Check out Crystal Method, Daft Punk, Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Gigi D'Agostino.

    Weight Lifting and Speed Bag:
Can't Be Touched by Body Head Bangerz
    Put On by Young Jeezy
Sail (Feed Me Remix) by AWOLNATION
    Blacklight Fantasy by Freaky Chakra
Paint It Black by The Rolling Stones
Hooked On A Feeling (that one song from Reservoir Dogs)
    The entire Kill Bill Soundtrack

Steppenwolf, Queen, The Rolling Stones, CCR, The Doors, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, Ozzy and Metallica.

I could go on and on...and on but hopefully that helps. Enjoy.

I mostly listen to Neffex and eminem when working out or any other hip hop motivational music i can find. I will listen to pretty much anything if it's motivating me to put more and more effort in the workout.
