    One or two swivels?

For a double-ended heavy bag (150 lb. Muay Thai), would there be a benefit to installing a second swivel on the bottom, between the anchor and the bungees attached to the bottom of the bag? Or does the play in the bungees eliminate the need for a bottom swivel?

    Thanks!

I have never seen that configuration, so I cannot compare it to the standard as far as functionality.
