ufc fighter Chael Sonnen trains on a speed bag. saw it on youtube with his up in coming rematch with anderson silva on july 7 but i'm not able to upload it here on the forum. it's cool though to see a top fighter speed bag...ralph

My "Trainer Raul" really wants to see the upcoming fight between Sonnen and Silva.
Hmmmm... After viewing Sonnen's speed bag skills, I think he could really step up his game with a little training on the speed bag – especially on a vertical bag. Maybe I can talk "Trainer Raul" into driving down to Oregon for some one-on-one practice with him.

After watching and listening to Sonnen, he sounds like he's pretty dedicated fighter.

and....there's probably a volkswagon sitting on top for stability.

that video shows some problems with the chainlink swivel. Too many movement points and twisting. notice his near breakdowns and the swivel movements.

i haven't seen those vids, the ones i happened to see the other day were the ufc channel on youtube. the extended preview of the rematch. that rematch is going to be a heck of a fight, wish i was watching it, and there's gonna be a bunch of good fights on the card...ralph
