workout routine

Let me know about your workout routine.. how much time do you spend while working out..?? And how many days in week you like to do work out .??

My routine is,.

Chest + Back
Abs workout
Biceps + Triceps
Shoulder + Legs
Abs workout

Repeat again,.

Orange County Boot Camp

Most five-day workouts are based on body-part splits that isolate specific body sections. For example:

Day 1 - Chest & Biceps
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Back & Triceps
Day 5 - Rest
Day 6 - Shoulders & Abs
Day 7 - Rest

My work schedule is quite tight but I dedicate 20-25 minutes on workouts 5 days a week.

I do cardio activity such as running, jumping rope, or biking and go as hard as for 20 seconds. Follow that with 10 seconds of rest and repeat seven more times. With this, I do 4 minutes of Tabata exercise which involves, handstand pushups, mountain climbers, exercise with side plank and weight bench hop overs. These exercises soothes my mind, body and soul.

Day one; Pecs, tri's, delts

Day two; Legs - Squats, front squats, ham curls, calves

Day three; bi's, back

Rest a day and repeat.

I'm a floor layer and that really keeps my forearms and abs in great form.

Very little TV watchingalways moving.

For now, I'm building up my Cardio, I jog for 2 hours a day, shadow box for 20 mins before I hit the bag.
