So instead of (FDP)'(SSP)'(RDP)'(SSP)'(RDP)'(SSP)

It is a real fist twister!

I thought it would be cool to do it alternating between the 9punch, and the double bump version of the 9punch

I came up with the idea of trying to make it continuous so it could go round and round

And that's all I had time for today, but I will keep baggin on.

amazing.

I never thought of that when I wrote the original.

...Nice bagging as always, It looks like your bag is not broken in yet, Maybe spend some more time baggin on that fighting sports, Some bags need more time to break in than others especially if the leather is thicker or stiffer.

Cheers for the tip, I never considered it might break in over time. I am a bit impatient and sometimes just want things now. Maybe if I have a go at thrashing this thing to bits it will actually only get better to hit then. That's good news.

Hitting the 9 punch using three rebounds between punches. I like this one because you get to smack it more than you do on the one rebound.

Your mastery and control is really starting to be super natural.

I believe i've done something very similar to this ( a long time ago it seems) hehe. I'm certianly not the first. Where you come in with the phantom punch under the elbow, just be rfore you come across sideways with the follow through elbow fist with the other arm. then lastly. changing direction with the fist you started with your phantom punch, hitting the bag towards yourself.

looks cool.

I love moves like this. used to watch Dee Pooler, and others videos of stuff like the hundreds of times and slow them down and write out every movement.
