    "rotation ball"

Since my motorcycle is down for repair, I took the time to make my own "rotation ball" like Gensport has on the bottom of page 32 in their catalog.

I used an Everlast 9 x 7 bag attached to a roller bearing and matching shaft. It is so difficult to hit after hitting it initially at the bottom and TRYING to time it to where you can hit it going the opposite direction at the top, I truly wonder why such an invention exist.

My shoulders are sore from swinging at the air so much trying to hit the bag.

Anyway, at least my curiosity is gone how the rotation ball "works", and so is my desire to ever try it again. I imagine it is much easier hitting a speedbag made from a tennis ball with a foot long string attached to the center of a speedbag platform.
