    New from NH

Hello, New member here. Just set up my heavy bag after having taken it down in Upstate NY about six years ago. I have room in this house to set up a nice work out area and started browsing bag stuff. Came across this site and find it very interesting. Never really tried a speed bag before. I think I'll like this.

If you can't do it slow, you can't do it fast.
So Slow = Smooth and Smooth = Fast.

        Welcome!

If you start hitting the speed bag and can continue to get better, for me it's addictive.

It's definitely a self perfection activity

Check out the avatar. I never boxed outside of being thrown in a ring when I was very young but I did have a satin robe a few years ago when I was posing for artists and art classes. Fella did the pastel of me in the red robe. Titled it 'The Ex-boxer' and entered it in a museum art competition in a small city in Upstate NY. I think he won some category and it got published in the paper.
