New- Rack mount bag setup suggestions
Hello all,I currently have a rack in my garage for weight lifting and I'm curious if anyone has any suggestions on rack mount setups. I have my eye on the rouge fitness rack setup but it's on the pricey side. Rack mount anyone?

Yes - Go on to Rosstraining.com. Ross E. set up his speed bag that way. Just go under Search and type in speedbag
