    Something Different - Floor to Ceiling ball 3 minutes

    Not Speedbag, but a quick 3 minutes on the Floor to Ceiling ball.

    Oops didn't realise.

    My progress is ok considering I don't actually Box. I just hit pads and bags.

    Needs a bit more head movement though.

      Cool video! You got a nice workout in there with the movement too.
      A double end bag is on my list of things to get.

        That's the first time I hit that double end bag since starting out bagging.

        My timing on that vid is definitely better than the last time I hit it,. I put that down to the speedbag.

          Well that looked like great exercise, and a lot of fun too. I just ordered a Title 8" bag and some cables. I hope to get some good cardio in while hitting.

            Yes I really enjoy hitting that bag. Hitting a heavy bag is more cardio intensive, but this is almost as good, and I really like skill building exercises. I just started T25 today, and my cool down is 20 minutes on the speedbag.

              Hi

              The bag is made by BBE it's a vynal bag, which is slightly grained. Skinned many an elbow on it. It's 5ft and weighs about 30 kilos.

              I do have a bungee top and bottom, but don't keep it super tight.
