New Heavy bag purchase

I bought an Everlast 100 lb heavy bag about a year and a half ago. It had moderate use. On Saturday, the bag came off its chain and the D-ring no longer resembled a D. I tried to rig up something from Home Depot but I found that the threads that held the D-ring were tearing. I did rig something up and after 12 minutes the cheap loop on the bottom attached to a sand bag tore off the heavy bag. Needless to say, I need a new bag and it will not be Everlast. I am not a real heavy hitter and I only use the quick Velcro on wrappings. So I'm not sure what to get. I was looking at the Outslayer 100 lb MMA-Boxing bag http://www.amazon.com/Boxing-MMA-100...ayer+heavy+bag. But now I am starting to think the Ringside Leather 100 pound bag http://www.ringside.com/ringside/rin...200-lbs-2.html. I like the leather and the quality, but I'm not sure about the fill.

Anyone have any opinions
