    Heavy Bag Mount for low ceilings!

    Made a mount for the heavy bag the other day to make it come up a bit, I have a very low ceiling.. .


    Worked great!!

    Great Idea to shorten the chains. Sure looks like a flimsy spring at the top holding the bag to the ceiling. That bag must not be as heavy as it looks.

      I got tired of striking at the chain attachment all the time..

      I think it looks more flimsy than it is, the bag wheigh 100Ibs.

        Hello,
        When shooting the left hook or any hook on the bag, you should execute it as if it were an opponent. Bring your hook higher at your own head level and keep it short and tight and perfectly horizontal across your face. This serves as protection against the right cross of a conventional fighter or a jab from a south paw. Happy bagging and safe boxing my friend.
