Just joined the forum. Been working with speed bags for about 3 years now, introduced to bible style within the last year and am working hard to improve!

What a tremendous amount of great information. Looking forward to learning more.

Welcome to the forum! Always glad to have a new bagger and especially a RockSteady Boxer. Hopefully you can give great insights into how Parkinson's affects the movements of speed bagging, and also how the speed bag has, or may have, improved your functioning.
