Re: Nick Diaz On Speed Bag. Why Not Hit This Way?

I'm no boxer. My Wing Chun skills are just enough to get my ass kicked. However, I'm looking at all the different ways we use the bag. In The SB Bible, Alan demonstrates using kicks, backhands and even knifehand strikes. I've stumbled across a Kenpo demonstration on the bag. Therefore, in regard to the Nick Diaz thread, I'm reposting this video that no one saw (except Zaza).I was inspired to try this from all the other vids and techniques I've come across: The SB Bible, Pauly D, Showtime Johnny, Dee Pooler (especially Dee!!), Scissorhands, Ataraxis,Ebozyn and Skunk. All of whom demonstrate completely unique and innovative ways of hitting. Hell , remember atgatt? Check out his robot!! Anyway here ya go. It ain't 20 minutes straight but it's work:

Love your focus and intent. You don't have to kill the bag hard constantly to get a good workout.

....no, and your bags probably don't want to see it either.
