Received my first speed bag platform in the mail today - here's a big "thank you" to all the posters here who helped me research and compare various models and do-it-yourself options. I appreciate all the good info on the forum. I've been doing MMA for a little over a year and really wanted to add a speed bag setup to my home gym. Now I've got to get to work on a nice drum and pick out a good bag or two. Thanks again to everyone who contributes to this forum.
