I had to edit that video clip heavily to get it down small enough to fit on Youtube. It was originally 17 minutes, with a demo for you on "straight time punching" before I hit, reminding you how to change sides of the bag in the triplet rhythm (do a double punch on the side your going to... the second fist hits on the music beat and the lead fist is a pickup beat) and how you have to go faster to do Front Double Punching or Triple Elbowing Striking combo's because you have to get more rebounds into the same time span in the music measure. But Youtube reject every single edit until it was down pretty much to just punching. I ought to send you the original on DVD.

Zach, Your gonna bring a lot of folks under that board to join us. That's great!

I think Youtube has a 10 minute limit, or something like that.

If you can send it to me , I can post it on this web site, or my other one where all the timer audio files live... no length restrictions! That way everyone will be able to see it...

Do you want that in AVI, MPG or WMV. I can convert to any but I normally import raw to AVI, then transfer to WMV, which my SONY editing software seems to like better (always recognizes the audio).

That is so cool! Hopefully Dad and I will be able to come down and check it out. I practically live at the Rec Center at school because it has the only speed bag on campus, and when I'm home I am at my Dad's gym in the making. To us, your gym would be like a second home! Congratulations, by the way. It is a huge success when all the hard work pays off.
