Hello everyone
Hey everybody,
I had a spped bag in the basement when I was a kid and just picked it up again since I can no longer run. I found this forum and it is great.

...welcome to the forum, i found this forum when i got back on the bag. i was searching for speed bags to start back up again when i ran into this forum...ralph
