Durable, quick 8x5

Hi guys,

I am in the market for a smaller bag. I think my Everlast is 9x6 and I'd like to try an 8x5. Until I get my own platform for home use I have to use our gym's rickety one and believe I will make less noise and annoy less people with the smaller bag, not to mention get closer to warp speed.

What do you guys recommend for a durable and rubber-bladder based 8x5? I don't want to spend 90.00, but more like 30.00. Can I have it all at this price for a year or so if I don't abuse it?

Thank you.

Dux
PS: Alan, I think I got the "now do it on one rebound" down. Just haven't gotten my hands/elbows up high enough to not have a few rebounds between switching hands. Fun times...

take a look at the ringside bags (red white and black bags) $29.99 on the ringside website, their sizes are a bit on the more smaller size (more bannana shape) then say title and fightingsports bags and shipping is flat rate at $4.95 in the usa...ralph

Links

Some of the above links are outdated and no longer exist. Rotator cuff exercises and speed bag videos are the two I tried and was denied.

New to speed bag

I just had my first session with the speed bag yesterday and I love it. I joined this forum to learn more. Not sure if I am posting in the right place, but just want to say I love it already and want to get good.
