Speed Bag Blue 99+ continuous spinning elbows

Had to try some spinning elbows after watching TommyT and all the great bagging at Speed Bag II. I haven't done this much in the past but it seems to be a real good core workout. Give it a try. I am using the Large Ringside Bag from RP65. It's forgiving in terms of inaccuracy with the elbow strikes however you still have to be fairly on target or bag momentum decreases. I acquired this bag in the silent Auction for Monmouth County Miracles Volunteer Chapter of the Sunshine Foundation.

Thanks Ralph for Donating several of your bags for a great cause!

I love it. Looks like something Fred Astaire would do. If he were still baggin'.

Thanks Larry, Probably wouldn't have tried it, but TommyT looked like he was having too much fun with it at Speed Bag II, so I gave it a go

LMOA Md!

Reminds me of my collegiate Flag Football Days! We had this dude on or team whose nickname kept on expanding to the point of - Kevin.the.K-Ram.Rambo Hollywood.Sweatband.Swivel Hips.Big legged.Mini-ass top.Naught for an upper-body.Mudder.Fiukin.Ramirez! Brings back some great memories.......That was heck of a team we had! Lost the USF&G SugarBowl National Flag Football Tournament by 1 stinkin point, down in New Orleans, in Double O.T. Only had 7 men in the Final game, no subs, versus an army on the other squad.

Got beat on a play call slim pickin's...@#$%^&!

Oh yeah, the elbow thing is a great work out. Got my heart rate up a bit more than my usually bag sessions and it gives the legs a bit of a workout as well!

Thanks for watching and the trip down memory lane

Hope your back is feeling better Bag Brother!

Cool, Nova, looks like you did it once and looped the video except the clitch towards the end. I second the concern on how MD is doing. Would the back side get better if he got up off it and bagged a little. Just kidding, some things got to be fixed and heal properly.

Damn! You guys were serious! I do however remember almost getting my nose broken palying Flag Football: This one particular ass!@#$ hit me with a cheap shot backfist right before I got his flag. I think he eventually got run over by a bus.......at least at the time I had hoped he would. I n your case, getting beat by a play call is bad......sorry about that.

I have been trying the spinning elbows from time to time..Then I get reeeeeeally dizzy! LMAO! If I had more time under the board, they would get easier. Isn't that the great thing about Baggin'? So many options for coola nd interesting workouts! Great video once agian! You just keep making it look so easy and thanks my back is doing fine for now, I just gotta stick to the exercises and I'll be good!
