Smile Building an outside speedbag platform

Hello , I live in a beach area year round and would like to build a platform for a speed bag to be used outside. I have a telephone pole support which is in my yard supporting a pole outside of my yard . ( / ) looks like. Possibly I could attach a type of platform to this telephone angle support which is quite rigid . Would appreciate any help possible. I really miss not being able to hit my gyro bag.
Thanks Tom Shea

a couple of things -

if you do this - do not hit during a thunderstorm. 2. won;t the phone company get upset if they see this ?

3. what kind of support ? is it thick wire ? or a galvy steel tube that supports...... depending on the thickness you can get some nice clamps to hold up a platform...
